Group Pilates
classes
Reformer and equipment-based classes kept small — with a maximum of 8 clients — so you receive individual attention and guidance while enjoying the energy of a group.

More than Reformer Pilates
Our group classes incorporate the Reformer along with additional Pilates equipment, allowing instructors to create varied, full-body classes that build strength, mobility, stability and control.
Find your level
Every class is equipment-based and kept small. Choose the level that fits where you are today — and progress at your own pace.

Level 1
Level 1 is ideal for clients with little to no Pilates or Reformer experience. Classes focus on learning the fundamentals of Pilates and movement, including breathing, proper technique, alignment, and becoming familiar with the equipment and foundational exercises.
Classes move at a slower, controlled pace with an emphasis on proper form and building a strong Pilates foundation. Expect a full-body workout designed to improve strength, stability, mobility, flexibility, and balance. Modifications are provided for clients with injuries or movement limitations.

Level 2
The Level 2 class builds on the foundations established in Level 1. We'll introduce more complex exercises, faster transitions, increased resistance, and more challenging balance and coordination work. Expect a full-body workout designed to challenge every muscle.
Your instructor will guide you through flowing sequences that build strength, flexibility, mobility, stability, and control. This class is ideal for clients with prior Reformer Pilates experience and a solid understanding of the fundamentals taught in Level 1.

All Levels
All Levels Reformer class is designed for clients of all experience levels, from beginners to intermediate practitioners. Your instructor will guide you through a balanced, full-body workout with an emphasis on proper alignment, controlled movement, and mindful breathing.
The class is built in layers, with each exercise starting with a more accessible movement and gradually progressing to more challenging variations. You can choose whether to stay with the foundational movement or add a progression based on your experience, comfort, and ability. Variations and modifications are offered throughout, allowing everyone to work at their own level while being appropriately challenged.

Athletic Reformer
Athletic Reformer is designed for clients looking for a stronger, more athletic workout with a focus on building strength and muscular endurance. This class is built around progressive loading, gradually increasing resistance to challenge your muscles and build strength.
Movements are relatively simple and controlled, with less Pilates choreography and more focus on strength. We incorporate dumbbells, weighted bars, and other resistance-based equipment to increase the intensity. Expect a powerful, full-body workout that combines Pilates principles with strength-focused training.
We recommend taking Level 1 or Level 2 before joining Athletic Reformer so you're comfortable with the Reformer, proper technique, and Pilates fundamentals.
